However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. Please read our policy below for clarity on how we handle cancellations and refunds.
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled project or service execution. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official contact form. Once a project or service has begun or been delivered, cancellation may not be possible, and the associated fees will apply.
2. Refund Policy
We evaluate all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

The service has not yet been started or delivered.

A technical error or billing mistake has occurred on our part.

The client has made a duplicate payment.
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after the service is initiated or delivered.

Delays caused by client-side communication or lack of required inputs.

Services that have been partially or fully completed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
3. Digital Products
For any digital products (e.g., downloadable files, software tools, or licenses), no refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or accessed.
